01Trial period
- 1.1Tavara offers a 7-day trial period so you can test the service under real conditions before any commitment.
- 1.2If you decide to continue after the trial, your payment method is charged automatically based on the plan you chose.
02Subscriptions and recurring billing
- 2.1By subscribing to tavara.ai, you agree to recurring billing matching your plan (monthly or annual).
- 2.2Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- 2.3You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, via the cancellation center.
- 2.4Fees for a cycle already in progress are non-refundable.
03Refund policy
- 3.1Subscription acceptanceOnce a subscription is activated, no refund is granted for the current cycle, except for the exceptions described below.
- 3.2Cancellation during trialIf you cancel before the end of the trial period, no subscription fee will be charged.
- 3.3Recurring billingCharges are made in advance each cycle and are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- 3.4Voluntary cancellationYou can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.
- 3.5Technical errors within 30 daysIn case of a billing anomaly within 30 days of purchase, contact help@tavara.ai — we will review each case individually.
Exception requests
Any exception request must be sent by email from the address associated with the account.
