Cancellation and refunds

At tavara.ai, we want to offer you a reliable and transparent AI experience. Here is our official policy on trials, renewals and refunds.

01Trial period

  1. 1.1
    Tavara offers a 7-day trial period so you can test the service under real conditions before any commitment.
  2. 1.2
    If you decide to continue after the trial, your payment method is charged automatically based on the plan you chose.

02Subscriptions and recurring billing

  1. 2.1
    By subscribing to tavara.ai, you agree to recurring billing matching your plan (monthly or annual).
  2. 2.2
    Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  3. 2.3
    You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, via the cancellation center.
  4. 2.4
    Fees for a cycle already in progress are non-refundable.

03Refund policy

  1. 3.1
    Subscription acceptance
    Once a subscription is activated, no refund is granted for the current cycle, except for the exceptions described below.
  2. 3.2
    Cancellation during trial
    If you cancel before the end of the trial period, no subscription fee will be charged.
  3. 3.3
    Recurring billing
    Charges are made in advance each cycle and are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  4. 3.4
    Voluntary cancellation
    You can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.
  5. 3.5
    Technical errors within 30 days
    In case of a billing anomaly within 30 days of purchase, contact help@tavara.ai — we will review each case individually.
Exception requests
Any exception request must be sent by email from the address associated with the account.
