01What to do during this period
- Check the refund confirmation email sent by Tavara.
- Monitor the account linked to the card used for payment (not your main bank account if the card is virtual or secondary).
- After 10 business days without receipt, contact help@tavara.ai with the transaction ID provided in the confirmation email.
