Where is my refund?

Once a refund has been approved by our team, bank processing typically takes between 5 and 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This delay depends solely on your bank or card issuer.

01What to do during this period

  • Check the refund confirmation email sent by Tavara.
  • Monitor the account linked to the card used for payment (not your main bank account if the card is virtual or secondary).
  • After 10 business days without receipt, contact help@tavara.ai with the transaction ID provided in the confirmation email.
