01Checklist to send

  • Step-by-step description what are you doing when the bug occurs? Describe the sequence in as much detail as possible.
  • Context what happened just before the issue appeared (update, network change, new conversation...)?
  • Steps already tried have you tried logging out/in, refreshing the page, or reinstalling the app?
  • Environment device used, operating system and version, browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox...) and Tavara version.
  • Screenshot or video a screenshot or short recording greatly speeds up diagnosis.
